In this Satsang (discourse), Sri Prem Baba speaks about the impact generated by the loss of a loved one, as well as remembering that at some moment, it will be necessary to look at death and not be afraid of it, in order to live life fully.
Segundo Sri Prem Baba, “a perda de um ente querido provoca impactos de dimensões muitas vezes incalculáveis. Difícil mensurar o que a perda provoca no sistema. Quanto maior o vínculo afetivo, quanto maior o apego, maior o impacto. Muitas vezes abrem-se fendas no corpo emocional; consequentemente desestrutura os esquemas do corpo mental, e a pessoa entra em desordem psicoemocional, que obviamente afeta o corpo energético, que por sua vez pode afetar o físico”.
According to Sri Prem Baba, “The loss of a loved one many times causes an impact of unforeseen dimensions. It is difficult to predict the effects on the system that the loss will generate. The stronger the emotional bond, the bigger the attachment, and thus the greater will be the impact. Many times wounds open up in the emotional body that consequently affect the structure of the mental body. The person may then enter a psycho-emotional disorder, which affects the energetic body, which in its turn affects the physical bidy”.
